<joel>  I'm currently doing something that I'll be doing a LOT during the 2003-2004 school year. updating my Blog from school. for starters, you may ask, "why is he updating from his school?" well, the reason for thus is because I'm working at Milledgeville today. "allright," you say. "but that still doesn't explain why you're at your school." allright, well I'm here because my mom dropped me off here so that I am within easy walking distance to the milledgeville location this morning. "ok, ok," you nod. "so why couldn't she have simply driven you there when you were supposed to be there?" well, that's because my mom had to drive off to Miramichi this morning to get Thomas back from Camp Sheldrake, the camp he's been at for the past week or so. "I think I get it," you agree. "so why am I constipated?" that, I don't know, nor do I want to know. anyway, enough with da weird shiznit, here's the low-down as of late on my life. wednesday I went to New River, and the highlight of that little visit was a hole I dug in the sand that made it so far down that I found copper deposit stains on my hand when I left. when Ben stood in it, he was half-way up to his torso in sand. so that was interesting, but like I said I've been working a LOT lately, but I mean the more money the better because there's no way in hell that I'm going to be doing this come fall. I mean I have Interaction, running, Beaux Parleurs, Leader Corps, Ju-Jutsu, school, a new cultured social life to persue (right leesh? haha) and so there's just no way a fucking hell that I could fit work into that mix without getting a little over 50 cents at every paycheck. so I'm just saving up now for Christmas, and back-to-school, and fall in general. so yeah, and tonight I'm going to see Spy Kids 3, which has 3-D glasses!! woot! that's the only reason I'm tagging along haha - and yeah, I worked an 8-hour shift yesterday, which was about as exciting as pony cack. but I mean hey! it's all money in the bank in the end, right? the only thing that bothers me is whenever I have these really long shifts, it's always a really nice day! and then I always feel that I'm missing out on my summer, because I'm just realising that the entire freaking month of July is DEAD AND GONE!!! I mean I guess I fit Summer Arts in there, which was a huge plus and everything, but I mean holy hell!! it's August already! man I really have to do a lot more stuff with my summer or I'll end up with suicidal tendencies or something... frig... um and yeah, I'm so nervous for MBTS (you'll hear me using this term alot, it's "Marathon By The Sea") because a) My 5-mile time (I ran one yesterday morning and nearly died from heat stroke) went from 41:48 to 44:45; b) my mom's asking me to not ask for time off for assurance of not being fired, so there's no guarantee I'll even be able to run the race, and c) ...I'm afraid I'll start out too fast. so that's screwy. and you know what? this morning I got a really really really really really really really GAY haircut and I want to die now! and I can't fucking gel my hair because I have to go to fucking dreadful work and wear a fucking stupid hat and tonight I'm going to be called a faggot because of this gay haircut and then I'm going to be shot because no one is going to want to look at me. I mean really... I don't know what my mom was thinking, she said I looked girly with my so-called "kissie curls" and all this retarded stuff, I was just like "mom... what the fuck?" anyway yeah I'm tired of typing, I'm actually just trying to kill time & boredom, but yeah I'm done. later all, and enjoy your summers while you can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Working for beans or so it seems,
Foh Shizza Joe.

Tuesday, July 29

<joel>  Yeah... I'm bored and have nothing to do and have kinda seemingly abandoned my Blog which I haven't - my life, hoo boy my life is crazy as usual. em... the stuff that I can disclose to you is stuff like this: Mariel's at camp right now, and has been for the past week. I haven't been running as often as I should, and I've been eating lots lately... Even if the race is in less than two weeks. Heh. Oh! yeah, speaking of camp, it's eeeasy livin' here at the Vautour household, seeing as to how Tom's at "camp sheldrake" in Miramichi. ahhh yes, it is a good day. Sarah's gone to the u.s. for a couple of days, we've been getting to be pretty good friends lately... um and yeah, I've been working like a freakin' dog lately, but hey! my mom estimates my next paycheck 2 weeks down the road is going to be along the lines of 290$ so I'm not complaining! but I have to work a lot to save up for x-mas, back-to-school shit, etc. so yeah. such as today, I'm working from 11:30-2:30 then I might do a B.B. run with 'leesh this afternoon. oh and tommorrow's going to be a huge, fun beach day! yep, and that's all I'm gonna say for now. later!

Sunny Days in July,
Turn to Sunny Days in August.

<joel>  Hey all - I'm right sorry for not having updated in a long while - but I still can't bring myself to do it, I'm too lazy lol - so yeah, I've been working a crapload of hours lately, and Summer Arts is all done, and July is almost over! bien, août est un mois assez long, donc je crois qu'on devrait être d'accord. en tout cas... ouaip, enough with the french before someone tosses their cookies, but hey! it's summer! get out there! :D
