<joel> wellie wellie wellie - it's Thursday morning already!?!?! that's odd... ah, well. back-tracking from Tuesday! well on Tuesday I got my Physics mark back, 71%!?!?! I thought it was awful but everyone else told me "It's not that bad..." ah, well. I think I could do better, but I'm starting to dislike Mr... uh, for discretion, let's call him "Mr. Physics Teacher". JF and I were talking while he was explaining something, which I admit was bad (yep, we're all real negative posteriors) but then he came down on me like a fighter jet. "WHAT DID I JUST SAY?" I told him, and he said it was more than he thought I could hear from him. he didn't go after JF because he gets better grades, I'll betcha... oh, well. not JF's fault. moving on, the rest of the day was basically uneventful, although we had a motivational speaker come in instead of French class (God really does love me) who told us that persistance and a good attitude on life can get you wherever, whenever. he presented all of this information while managing to say the word "Dude" more then an early-90's California beach bum, whose vocabulary included such dignified words as "tubular" and "gnarly." whoo. that evening I had nothing to do but talk on the phone and start my brand-spankin' new exersize program to shape up for the summer. oh yeah, and I also went for a walk to Mariel's and Alicia's to drop off their Easter gifts - at both homes I met unappreciative reactions. well, kind of. when I showed up @ Mariel's, she looked at me as if I had just invited a hundred pigeons to poop on her house, and she came out with Peter, and both had been in her room alone. oh my. then @ Alicia's, I met her charming sister Amanda... who said she'd open the envelope and informed me that Sammy hated me. oh, how nice to see you too Amanda! frig... yesterday - Wednesday - well, in BBT (Broad Base Tech - here it's simply "Technologie") I'm building a house via "Punch!" SuperHome software. it's pretty easy/fun, I enjoy. Physics was crappy - French we got a massive speech on enforcing french language, having respect for your teachers, trying your best with homework, etc. etc. I think I do well with that kind of stuff, though my French marks aren't exactly what you'd call "sensational." I'd call them "good enough to pass". but I'm not satisfied with that, obviously. otherwise I wouldn't be complaining about it. I have an almost sqeaky-clean homework-doing record, though lately I've been off track a lot. I should also borrow a French novel from the Library as suggested by my friend/tutor, Anne-Marie, but I never get around to it... I'll do it this afternoon. promise. oh, and last night I had another 45-minute run, which I did very very well on - my best pace ever! anyway, Caraquet's tommorrow! I'm nervous - don't expect any weekend posts or your e-mails answered by yours truly over the weekend. oh, and I'm nervous!! why? - because we have a big theatre practice tonight, and Danika & Adèle are going to get out the ol' cutting block... we're cutting some scenes. one of my scenes are on death row, so-to-speak. at least I have two others. tommorrow morning is going to be absolutely crazy, because I have to pack everything into a tiny duffle (or is it duffel?) bag... and I'm high maintenance. crap. and I also have to bring my sleeping bag and PILLOW - so I can't exactly take the bus, but my dad's working! what'll I do? I'm screwed their, but my nice mommy will find a solution for me - I'm spoiled. so I'm going to go check out my peers' Blogs now. smell ya later. (ha! ha! ha...)
Who said being a cynic,
Was easy?

<joel> Oh my! it's Tuesday morning, and I sit here talking about my exciting weekend with some friends here in the Bonne Renomée. let's back-track frommm... -verifying- oh, ok! well on Friday afternoon Alicia & I went for this huge walk with Alicia all over the West Side, we talked about embarassing moments, she accidentally broke her mom's cell phone, then we went over to her Nanny's house because it was too cold and she had a "Ronco" cooker ...thing-y! lol then I went home, and that night I was so tired that I just stayed home. Saturday morning I went for a 45-minute run, and when I came back I had to say my goodbyes to Dad, who was leaving for Boston at the time. (he'll be back by tonight). I'll tell you how he did, but first I'll talk about my Saturday afternoon. I walked to my local drugstore, bought some Glycomed (mmm creamy) and some Aquafresh whitening/complete defense toothpaste. then I went to Frenchy's to look for a "plaid men's blazer" for my Mr. Darling role. we came close, but not quite close enough. so, we went to Mémère's house to see what was up with her with recovery and such, and there were half of the Sisk family (the Chipman ones). out of the 6 family members, there was Phillip, Jason, and Bernie. however, Mary (working in Fredericton), Heather (teaching in London) and Andew (in Sri Lanka?) weren't there. so then we talked and stuff, and decided to go see a little film called "Anger Management" (featuring Adam Sandler, Jack Nicholson and Marisa Tomei) which turned out to be pretty funny. I reccomend it, but not for serious watching. anywho, Sunday morning was Easter time! I got two large chocolate bunnies, a lot of Easter eggs, some Jolly Ranchers, a new hairdryer, some new shampoo and conditioner, fun stuff like that. then my mom & Tom went to the 9:00 mass, and I went solo @ the 11:00 mass. then that afternoon was the fun-filled Pot Luck @ Doris' home, which, for a change, was pretty fun. then we went to the Slipp's home, I played some fun gags with Marissa on small children (ah yes) and watched Stewart Little. yesterday I went for another 45-minute run, got some exersize tips from Alicia and lazed around the house. tonight I have nothing, and it should be a good day. until later, ya'll.
This is me,
On a sunny day with clouds
